Fuller; Unearthly Hour Bible Study Class A fundamentalist Bible study group that in 1924 broke away from the Placentia Presbyterian Church (Orange County, California) to form the more conservative Calvary Church. The class was led by Charles E. Fuller, who became first pastor of Calvary Church. The split is representative of the battle waged by fundamentalists against modernism in the 1920's.
